Greco sworn in as ABA president
Michael S. Greco, a partner in the Boston office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham, has been sworn in as the 129th president of the American Bar Association. Greco, who is originally from Italy, is the first ABA president to be born outside of the US. Firm Press Release

Peckar & Abramson merges with Bastianelli Brown
Construction law firm Peckar & Abramson has merged with Bastianelli Brown & Kelley to open an office in Washington, DC. The new office has ten attorneys, including eight from Bastianelli Brown and two partners from the Alexandria, VA, firm Thompson & Waldron. Firm Website

Nexsen Pruet opens office in Raleigh
Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier has opened an office in the Research Triangle Park area of Raleigh for its NEXTRA Litigation Solutions division, which provides attorney review services in complex document-intensive litigation and compliance matters.
