Cardinal Health hires former Day O'Connor clerk
Cardinal Health has named Ivan Fong its chief legal officer. Fong has been the general counsel of General Electric's Vendor Financial Services since 2000, and he previously served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. Triangle Business Journal
Seyfarth Shaw acquires Mandel Kaiser Moskowitz & Greenstein
Seyfarth Shaw has agreed to acquire New York real estate boutique Mandel Kaiser Moskowitz & Greenstein, effective January 2006. The additional 15 lawyers will bring Seyfarth Shaw's New York headcount to approximately 75 lawyers. New York Law Journal

Frost Brown Todd has formed an alliance with German firm Wahlert Rechtsanwalte. The alliance was created as a result of both firms' participation in MUTILAW, a global network of law firms.
