Sheppard Mullin Launches Video Game Group
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton has launched a video game industry group. This new group involves 20 attorneys and will focus on such things as intellectual property, corporate and labor work, and other important aspects of the video game industry.
Godwin Pappas Loses 11 Attorneys to Another Firm
Name partner Christopher Pappas is taking the firm's Houston office and its 11 attorneys to Kane Russell Coleman & Logan, also in Houston. Godwin Pappas will be renamed Godwin Ronquillo and will no longer have a Houston office.
Cadwalader Opens ''Covered Bonds'' Group
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has announced a new covered bonds practice group. This group, like other firms' covered bonds groups, will focus on advising US clients about covered bonds, a popular debt instrument in Europe.
