Miami office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 3-6 years of business experience. The candidate will be handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as Provisional Waivers, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, J-1, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, PERM process, and audits of employees' Employment Eligibility Verification (Forms I-9) by the Department of Homeland Security and during investigations by the Department of Labor. Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
