Boston office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates. Will direct and manage legal assistants in day-to-day work on cases. Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firm's thought leadership and marketing efforts. Advise clients on I-9 and EVerify compliance and corporate immigration policies and strategies. Participate as an associate attorney in the activities of the section. Lead trainings internally and at client sites. Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process (more senior applicants). Must have successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA). Should be a Member in good standing of the Bar of a state, territory of the United States, or District of Columbia.
