Houston office of our client seeks junior to mid-level executive compensation and benefits attorney with preferably transactional employee benefits experience. Must have experience with due diligence processes, employee benefits research and review of employee benefits provisions of transaction documents. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (408A, 280G, 162(m), and 83), and an LL.M. degree in Taxation is a plus. TX Bar membership is preferred.
