Dallas office of our client seeks patent agent with 2+ years of law firm or PTO experience. The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Will be conducting research as necessary to support the practice. Providing technical support as needed. Strong educational background in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or comparable degree are required. Advanced degree and/or engineering work experience is preferred. Previous work experience in telecom, business methods, image and signal processing, IT and computer science, semiconductor, electric machinery, medical device and mechanical devices is preferred. Should be eligible for registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
