Intellectual Property Stamford, CT Intellectual Property group seeking associate with 3 - 4 years experience in patent prosecution and counseling for the Stamford, CT office. At least one engineering degree is required, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering. Candidate must be admitted to USPTO, have extensive legal writing experience, and preferably have substantial experience drafting patent opinion letters. Candidate must be able to independently draft high quality patent applications with minimal oversight. Litigation experience is a plus. Candidate should possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.
