Madison office of our client seeks IP patent prosecution attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will prepare patentability searches, patent applications for filing with the USPTO, draft Office Action responses, and partner with firm colleagues and client representatives regarding an array of new and exciting technologies. Must have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred.
