Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks government contracts attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will serve in reviewing subcontract agreements and FAR flow-downs. Will be counseling on contract performance issues (including CDA disputes process). Providing general government contract compliance counseling. Litigating bid protests and counseling on contract formation; and performing general research and writing in support of the department's full scope government contracts practice. Prior government contracts experience with a law firm is preferred. Must be admitted to a State Bar and/or eligible for the District of Columbia Bar.
