New York City office of our client seeks patent agent with 1 year of experience in patent prosecution experience. The candidate will provide assistance with technology issues and related intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis in conducting scientific and technical evaluations to determine patentable (or unpatenable) aspects of technology, preparing and prosecuting applications. Will prepare claim charts to demonstrate invalidity. Manage client portfolios. Should have Bachelor's Degree of a scientific or engineering discipline involving chemistry or chemical engineering. Registration before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.
