Bellevue office of our client seeks junior environment, energy and resources attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will focus on reviewing federal agency rules, preparing comments on proposed rules, and counseling clients on compliance with federal, state and local energy and environmental regulatory requirements and federal, state and local approvals and permits. Will work related to environmental and energy rate litigation and other regulatory proceedings as well as support for the Real Estate and Land Use practice on land use and eminent domain issues that cut across the land use litigation, permitting, energy and environmental regulation, and water issues the clients face.

The candidate will support the firm's electric power practice in both renewable energy and traditional energy resources. Will serve in energy project mergers and acquisitions transactions, energy joint venture transactions, energy project finance transactions, and energy project agreements (such as asset management agreements, EPC agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and shared facility agreements). Previous background in mergers and acquisitions work is essential.
