Wilmington office of our client seeks IP attorney with 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, opinion development and due diligence activities. Should have Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering degree. Practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering is required. Litigation support experience is preferred. Good standing in the Bar(s) where licensed to practice law, and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware Bar. Active USPTO Registration is required.
