The candidate will review, draft and negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, joint ventures and other documents as necessary. Will handle deal closings. Perform due diligence and other aspects of transactional work as required. Hotels experience is a plus. Must preferably be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and must be in good standing.
