Candidate should have experience representing domestic and foreign clients on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions. This is a transactional/regulatory practice with an emphasis on obtaining pre-merger clearance from the FTC or DOJ under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Strong candidates would have experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional merger review, or merger experience at one of the U.S. antitrust agencies. Please note that grand jury, litigation experience is a plus. However, this is not a Litigation position. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required.
