Irvine office of our client seeks estate planning attorney with 2-4 years of wealth preservation experience. The candidate should be familiar with basic estate planning documents and have a working knowledge of more advanced techniques such as sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts, GRATs, and split interest trusts. Must also have experience in post-death estate administration and estate tax filings. Tax, corporate, partnership and real estate experience are a plus.

Irvine office is seeking an associate or partner with 10+ years' experience in estate planning, post-death administration, probate, and on-going trust administration for high net worth clients. Candidate should be well-versed in all types of estate planning tools, including revocable trusts, irrevocable insurance trusts, QPRTs, GRATs, IDGTs, CRUTs, preparing estate tax returns and gift tax returns, and a working knowledge of CA real property tax law. Experience with sophisticated charitable gifting strategies is a plus but not required. Must be a member of the CA bar.
