Baltimore office of our client seeks trusts and estates attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience working in a sophisticated T&E practice in the areas of estate planning (particularly for high-net-worth individuals and families), including the drafting and construction of wills, trusts, partnership agreements and other estate planning documents, estate and trust administration, and issues related to income and wealth transfer tax planning, and succession planning.
