Will be researching multistate tax issues for all tax types, yet primarily in the income and franchise tax areas. Preparing legal memoranda. Drafting petitions, discovery requests and discovery responses. Assisting in the preparation of motions and briefs. Tax planning and analysis regarding issues such as corporate franchise and income taxes, sales and use taxes, real and personal property taxes, and telecommunications and electronic commerce taxes. Candidate must have some law firm experience. Bar admission in New York is preferred.
