Hartford office of our client seeks tax attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate should have state tax and federal tax experience. Federal income tax experience is preferred. Bar admission to appropriate State Bar is required.

All associates are expected to spend at least 50 hours annually on pro bono, and this is part of their billable hour expectation of 1800.
Stamford office of our client seeks tax attorney with 2-5 years of experience in tax dispute resolution; tax planning. The candidate should preferably have interest in criminal tax defense; foreign tax and offshore accounts. Thorough understanding of US tax returns is a must. Admission to the Connecticut State Bar is required. Admission to the New York State Bar, CPA certificate and/or L.L.M (Tax) are preferred. This is a partnership track position.

Will serve in federal income taxation of business transactions (taxable mergers and acquisitions, and tax-free reorganizations); corporations; partnerships; and international tax planning. Should preferably have LL.M. degree. Knowledge of the income and sales tax laws of CT, MA, NH and/or RI would be a plus.
