The candidate finalizes mortgage loan closing documentation to include: reviewing loan documents for compliance, completeness and accuracy, obtains missing information, prepares files, and provides support to internal and external customers. Reports to the Post-Closing/Recording Manger. Reviews loan packages for all required signatures. Reviews security instruments to ensure quality control. Sending/receiving of security instruments to the respective county recorder.

The candidate advises clients in real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale or refinance of a home or commercial real estate property. Reports to the State Managing Attorney. Represents firm at the real estate closing. Prepares and examines contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance. Provides legal advice to clients, prepares resolutions and forms. Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the clients and the company against legal risks.
