The candidate will support and work directly with senior level attorneys both in Tampa and other US offices handling complex commercial real estate development and purchase and sale transactions, financing (representing both borrowers and lenders) and leasing (representing landlords and tenants). Will be drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations and other development related documents. Preparing and negotiating leases in all sectors; closing acquisition, sale and financing transactions; and working through complex title insurance issues. Admission to practice and in good standing in Florida (admitted or admission pending) is essential. Admission to practice and in good standing in US State Bar (admitted or admission pending) is needed.
