The candidate will be drafting and negotiating contracts for the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of property; coordinating and conducting due diligence reviews. Will be representing owners and developers in land use, planning, and zoning matter; drafting commercial agreements such as construction contracts, operating agreements and joint venture agreements, and other real property related transactions.

Omaha office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 1-4 years of transactional experience. The candidate will review and analysis of title commitments and land surveys, including preparation and resolution of objections contained in title and survey comment letters. Will review and managing of due diligence deliveries for pending transactions. Preparation of real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, deeds and closing documents. Coordination and facilitation of closings, follow-up with post-closing matters. Preparation, review and analysis of loan documents. Preparation, review and analysis of leases. Research on current aspects of Nebraska real estate law. Interacting with and communicating with client representatives and negotiating with opposing counsel.
