Omaha office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will handle and manage defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Will advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Daily advice and counsel to clients regarding various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Draft and revise employment and labor related policies and procedures. Prior labor and employment law experience and/ or federal/appellate clerkships are a plus. Nebraska Bar Admission with "active" status is required.
