McLean office seeks litigation attorney with 5 years of Federal Court of Appeals and/or District Court experience. The candidate will work in the National Litigation Practice Group. Must have trial and appellate practice expertise. Should have experience of analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Clerkship or externship experience with a state or federal appellate courts is required. Law Review experience is preferred. Must be in good standing with respective State Bar.
Areas of practice are comprehensive. Some of their practice disciplines consist of corporate-securities, real estate, wealth management, tax, business immigration, labor-employment, litigation, and government contracts. Thirty-six conscientious attorneys comprise the Virginia-based law office. They work closely with the District of Columbia practice. Community service is supported at the legal practice.
