Honolulu office of our client seeks attorney with 3-8 years of experience. The candidate will serve in all stages of litigation including preparing demands, negotiation, writing briefs, drafting motions, engaging in discovery, document collection and review, preparing for trial, union representation at arbitration, and advocating at NLRB proceedings. Will serve in case-handling responsibilities and direct client interaction. Admission to the Hawaii Bar is preferred. Competence in U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii's CM/ECF e-filing system and the State of Hawaii, JEFS Electronic Filing system, Taft-Hartley trust fund experience and admission to the Nevada Bar are a plus.
Honolulu office of our client seeks litigation attorney with preferably real estate and/or mortgage law experience. The candidate will be managing the litigation cases with emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactions matters, and to protect the clients interest in litigation proceedings. Will manage cases from inception to completion. Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies. Draft court pleadings. Handle discovery, including filing and defense of motions. Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person. Must have litigation experience with judicial foreclosure matters, excellent written/analytical/oral advocacy skills as well as an active license to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
