Boston office of our client seeks bankruptcy attorney with 10-15 years of experience. The candidate must have experience representing various stakeholders in chapter 11 business cases and out of court restructurings, including senior lenders, corporate debtors, creditors and equity committees, and liquidating trusts. Should have solid lender, equity or corporate clients with consistent loan origination and/or restructuring, and related litigation work, as well as significant bankruptcy expertise representing secured and unsecured creditors. Should preferably have at least $1.5M in portable business.

Don't be fooled, this firm expects serious contributions in terms of billable hours, especially in their complex insurance practice, but is happy to dole out the rewards.

Should also have experience in representing various stakeholders in chapter 11 business cases and out of court restructurings, including senior lenders, debtors, creditors and equity committees, asset purchasers, and liquidating trusts. Management experience would be a plus. Must have portable business of at least $5 million.
