The candidate will comprehend complex litigation matters and identify the applicable laws, while functioning under strict deadlines. Will be researching and analyzing the law on complex issues. Drafting well-written letters, pleadings, briefs and other legal documents. Performing various discovery methods for obtaining necessary information in preparation for litigation.
