Irwin Raij joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP in their sports, stadiums and arenas group. Raij left Foley & Lardner LLP.

Jacob Farber left R3 to join the corporate law, technology transactions and privacy law group at Perkins Coie.

Fred Fedynshyn joined Perkins Coie in its corporate law, technology transactions and privacy law group. Fedynshyn left the International Monetary Fund.

Brien Wassner joined the mergers and acquisitions group at Shearman & Sterling LLP from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.

Richard Nessler joined the banking litigation group at Winston & Strawn LLP. Nessler left Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Will Russ left Vinsons & Elkins to join Barnes & Thornburg in their real estate group.

Tyler Stradling has joined Seyfarth Shaw LLP in its real estate group. Stradling joins from Fennemore Craig, PC.

Raphael Larson has joined the litigation, arbitration and investigations group at DLA Piper. Larson joins from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Willian Sloan has joined Venable LLP in its environmental group. Sloan joins from Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Jarrett Hoffman has joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in its employee benefits & executive compensation group. Hoffman joins from Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
