Stacey Rosenberg left Latham & Watkins to join Hogan Lovells in their finance group.

Robert Marasco joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s litigation group. Marasco was with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP.

Robert Woll joined the corporate group at Mayer Brown. Woll left Deacons.

John Mills left Barnes & Thornburg LLP to join the commercial litigation group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Omari Sealy has joined DLA Piper in its corporate group. Sealy joins from Moore & Van Allen PLLC.

Dennis Jenkins has joined the business restructuring & insolvency group at Morrison & Foerster. Jenkins joins from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.

Benjamin Burkhart has joined Lowenstein Sandler LLP in its corporate group. Burkhart joins from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Natalie Green has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in its real estate group. Green joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
