Bruno Aurelio left Cascione, Pulino, Boulos & Santos Advogados to join the infrastructure and regulatory group at Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associado at Mayer Brown.

Carrie Gallagher joined Buchalter in the litigation group from Napa County.

David Simon joined the cybersecurity & data privacy group at Mayer Brown from Sidley Austin LLP.

Lex Kuo joined Latham & Watkins in their entertainment, sports & media group. Kuo left Covington & Burling LLP.

Marjorie Loeb left FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to join the corporate & securities group at Mayer Brown.
