Clint Gage left Roetzel & Andress for Dickinson Wright PLLC’s mergers & acquisitions group.

Joel Mayersohn will practice mergers & acquisitions with Dickinson Wright PLLC. He left Roetzel & Andress.

Alan Perlman left Roetzel & Andress for the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights group at Dickinson Wright PLLC.

Vijay Brijbasi joined the commercial & business litigation group at Dickinson Wright PLLC, leaving Roetzel & Andress.

Sarah Cavanaugh will handle mergers and acquisitions with Dickinson Wright PLLC. She left Roetzel & Andress.

Jessica Peterson was with Durham Jones & Pinegar before joining Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s creditors, debtors, trustees group.

James Delbello will tackle litigation & dispute resolution with Reed Smith. He left the Lincoln Financial Group.
