Michael Kendall will practice criminal and civil regulatory law as a partner at White & Case. He was previously with McDermott Will and Emery.

Kevin Bolan will handle white collar defense for White & Case. He joins from McDermott Will and Emery.

Lauren Papenhausen will practice white collar defense at White & Case from McDermott Will and Emery.

Andrew Tomback has joined the commercial litigation team at White & Case. He is leaving McDermott Will and Emery.

Catherine Youngman will handle bankruptcy law for Fox Rothschild LLP. She is joining from Forman Holt Elaides & Ravin, LLC.

Chris Chen will practice corporate law for Fox Rothschild. He was with Sklar Kirsh.

Donald Dufresne has joined Fox Rothschild where he will practice real estate law. He is joining from Greenspoon Marder.

Scott Lashway will take on litigation and dispute resolution with Holland & Knight LLP from MassMutual Financial Group.

Deana Cairo is now with Tucker Ellis where she will handle antitrust matters. She is transferring from DLA Piper.

Andrew Karas will practice complex commercial and construction disputes for Fox Rothschild. He formerly practiced with Forman Holt Elaides & Ravin.

Brian Koide will be a Member of McGlinchey Stafford’s commercial litigation team. Koide previously practiced at Crowell & Moring.

Michael Stein will take on corporate law for DLA Piper. He is leaving Everi Holdings Inc.

James Harris has joined Holland & Knight’s international trade group. He formerly worked with the Defense Security Service.

Tom Eldridge will handle banking and finance for Mayer Brown. He previously practiced with Dentons.

Liz Soutter will practice banking and finance law for Mayer Brown from Dentons.

Achim Herfs has joined Kirkland & Ellis to practice corporate law from Hengeler Mueller.

Anna Schwander will practice corporate law for Kirkland & Ellis. Schwander previously practiced with Hengeler Mueller.

Benjamin Leyendecker-Langner has joined the corporate team at Kirkland & Ellis. He transfers from Hengeler Mueller.

Leif Reinstein has joined Reed Smith LLP, where he will practice entertainment and media industry law. He transfers from Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman LLP.

Dominique Padilla Gallego has moved to Sidley Austin LLP from EY to practice tax law.

Tim Overton will practice commercial litigation for Steptoe & Johnson LLP. He was with Gallagher & Kennedy.

Jill Frizzley will handle business finance and restructuring matters for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She transfers from Shearman and Sterling.

Vincent Pisano has joined Xtract Research to be a senior advisor/covenant analyst. He was working for DLA Piper.

Steven Abrams will take on corporate law for Hogan Lovells. Abrams previously worked for Pepper Hamilton.

Rachael Bushey has joined Hogan Lovells to practice corporate law from Pepper Hamilton.

John Duke has transferred to the corporate group at Hogan Lovells from Pepper Hamilton.

Jacqueline Glassman has left Hogan Lovells to join King & Spalding’s government group.

Ethan Silver will practice corporate law for Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Silver was with Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP.

John Lovi will handle litigation matters for The Blackstone Group. He has left Steptoe & Johnson LLP.

Charles Cardon joined Dechert to handle corporate and corporate finance. He previously worked for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Brian Berkley will practice litigation for Fox Rothschild LLP. He was working for Pepper Hamilton.

David Greenbaum joined Fox Rothschild’s Intellectual Property and Litigation groups as a partner. He previously practiced with Day Pitney LLP.

David Concannon will practice corporate law with Latham & Watkins. He was with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

Stacie Aarestad will be a corporate partner at Foley Hoag LLP. She is transferring from Locke Lord LLP.

Wayne Ma will handle real estate matters as a partner with DLA Piper. He previously practiced with Paul Hastings.

Lindsey Canning has joined White & Case LLP to handle their intellectual property cases. She transfers from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP.

William Kohler will practice corporate finance with Dykema. He was previously with Dura Automotive.
