Stacy Smith Brown will handle energy-related issues at Thompson & Knight. Brown transfers from Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux.

Sylvia Arostegul will focus on corporate and real estate matters at Stoel Rives LLP. Arostegul previously practiced with Nossaman LLP.

Ning Zhang will handle corporate matters at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Zhang previously practiced with O’Melveny & Myers.

Charles Donley II will practice transportation law at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Donley previously practiced with Squire Patton Boggs.

Karol Lynn Newman joins the energy department at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP. Newman transfers from McDermott Will & Emery.

Susan Aiker will practice corporate law at Reed Smith LLP. Aiker, previously of Winston & Strawn LLP, will work in the San Francisco office.

Daniel Mullen will handle energy matters at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Mullen transfers from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Jeffrey Weitzman has joined the real estate department at Troutman Sanders LLP. Weitzman previously practiced with K&L Gates.

Michael Tomlinson will practice real estate law at Troutman Sanders LLP. Tomlinson transfers from K&L Gates.

James Hill will handle intellectual property matters at Wilmer Hale. Hill previously practiced at McDermott Will & Emery.

Gary Parsons will focus on corporate and litigation matters at Brooks Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP. Parsons transfers from Troutman Sanders LLP.

Rick White will practice in the financial services department at Bryan Cave. White previously practiced with Busch White Norton, LLP.

Yvan-Claude Pierre has joined Cooley LLP, where he will practice corporate law. Pierre previously practiced with Reed Smith LLP.

Garth Osterman has joined the corporate department at Cooley LLP. Osterman transfers from Reed Smith LLP.

William Haddad has transferred from Reed Smith LLP to Cooley LLP, where he will handle corporate matters.

Daniel Goldberg has joined Cooley LLP in its real estate department. Goldberg previously practiced with Reed Smith LLP.

Matthew Mulqueen will focus on energy matters at Squire Patton Boggs. Mulqueen transfers from Bracewell & Giuliani LLP.

Brian Wheeler will practice corporate law at DLA Piper. Wheeler formerly practiced with Cooley LLP.

Louis Dienes has joined the corporate law department at Ballard Spahr. Dienes previously practiced with Locke Lord.

Deborah Hartmann Henry will handle public finance issues at Schiff Hardin LLP. Henry transfers from Squire Patton Boggs.

Alphonso “Al” Tindall Jr. joins the public and project finance department at Schiff Hardin LLP. Tindall formerly worked for Squire Patton Boggs.

W. Christopher Schaeper has joined DLA Piper in its Houston office. Previously, Schaeper worked for Thompson & Knight.

Margaret Richardson, formerly of the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Covington & Burling. She will focus on litigation and criminal matters.
